Apart from this, many people’s statements on the spot, mobile footage, Facebook posts are also included. About 30 people were found suspect in this case, but no evidence was found against them. At the same time, JNU administration, ABVP students, security guard and some students are witnesses.
In fact, a program was organiz in protest of the hanging of Afzal Guru in JNU campus on February 9, 2016. There were anti-country slogans in it. Police at that time Kanhaiya Kumar, Omar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya were arrest in Vasant Kunj North Thane of Delhi. After this, the Delhi High Court gave him conditional bail.
