Asia cup Afghanistan snatch Tie Jadeja Involves In India last 2 tied odis

The Asia Cup Super-4 is a very exciting match between India and Afghanistan. Chasing the target of 253 runs in Afghanistan, India lost their last wicket as Ravindra Jadeja (25) on the fifth ball of the 50th over and the whole team was out for 252 runs.

… and Jadeja was once again proved to be ‘Villain’. Even after four years, the match of Team India was tie due to them. However, it is being said that due to Jadeja’s innings, India could match Afghanistan’s score.

In the last over of Rashid Khan, India needed seven runs to win. Jadeja brought India closer to victory with Razzak’s second ball on the boundary. Jadeja took a run on the next ball. Khalil Ahmed then ran for a run. That was to make India one run on the last two balls to win. Although Jadeja, playing the fifth ball in the air, gave the catch to Najibullah Jadran and the match got tie.

This is not the first time when Jadeja made a match tie. Earlier this was the same in January 2014 against New Zealand. Then India needed two runs on the last ball to win against the Kiwis. But Jadeja could only take one run on Corey Anderson’s ball and the match was tied.

Ravindra Jadeja has returned in ODIs 14 months later. They took four wickets for 29 runs in 10 overs in 10 overs in the ongoing Asia Cup against Bangladesh. He was off-the-match in that match. In the match against Afghanistan, he got three wickets, but when the turn of the match to bat came, he was out and the match got tie.
