Kejriwal junk, PWD scam, ACB arrested his sister's son
Aam Aadmi Party chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had a big setback on Thursday. Delhi Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested Vinay Bansal, son of Sadhoo of Kejriwal in PWD scam. The news agency ANI gave information about this. It told that the arrest of the ACB on Thursday morning.
In fact, the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) had registered three FIRs in the Public Works Department (PWD) scam in June last year. One of these FIRs also named after Renu Constructions, a company of Kejriwal's Sadhu Surendra Bansal. Sadhoo Surendra Bansal of Kejriwal charged with forgery in the PWD, but he died only last year.
It is notable that the alleged scandal alleged that the company of Kejriwal's Sadhu company has irregularities in road and sewer contracts. The company has imposed a fine bill of 10 crores to the government. In this connection, on 24 May, the ACB raided the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's late Sadhu Surendra Kumar Bansal in the PWD scam of Rs 10 crore. A senior ACB official had said that the raids took place at two other offices of promoters who came under the scanner of Bansal's residence and agency investigation. During the raid, investigators seized several documents.
The ACB had also told the Delhi court that it had registered three FIRs on the complaint filed against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others in the alleged PWD scam case. At the same time, the court had instructed the ACB to assess the threat to the complainant. ACB told the court that he had registered three FIRs in this case and seized several documents while conducting raids at several locations.
